This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") explains how Moist Moments processes personal data on behalf of our users.

We process data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Scope

This agreement applies to the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Processing of Personal Data

We shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from you, unless required to do so by Union or Member State law to which we are subject.
